Quality Engineer

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

3 to 5 years of experience in integration, scenario, unit, regression, end user and product standard tests in the cloud development environment
Define test strategy and detailed test plans based on the overall program quality strategy
Prepare and execute quality assurance activities
Perform test monitoring and reporting
Facilitate continuous improvement of test automation practices
Knowledge of testing in ABAP landscape is good to have

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Good Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent in computer science or related technical discipline
Good knowledge on running various tests like - new functionality, integration, scenario, unit, regression, end user and product standard tests in cloud development environment
Profound knowledge of test infrastructure, test tools, test case management, test reporting, test scheduling, test automation
Very high motivation to provide transparency on progress of quality goals
Good understanding of SAP Development process and ability to work on multiple parallel releases
Knowledge on API testing tools
Ability to working in a distributed team
Work in a scrum-based agile mode
