You'd join the team that owns Tacto's analytics product - the engine that turns messy procurement data into clear "here's where you can save" opportunities. On top of ClickHouse, we ingest spend and supplier data, run AI agents over it, enrich with 20,000+ external indices, and surface ready-made savings to procurement teams.

What you'll do

Ship product end-to-end. Build the analytics engine that finds saving potential across millions of rows. Turn AI advances into real production features - anomaly detection, opportunity scoring, agentic workflows. Build customer-facing flows in React/Next.js that feel more like a great CRM than a spreadsheet. Identify the right problem, align, and drive it to revenue. Don't wait for a PRD.

What we mean by Builder

Because of AI, we only need Builders. No specialized roles. A Builder owns ambiguity end-to-end - not just customer problems, but business problems. You take effective agency, make the case, de-risk, and make the value real. You spread what works instead of hoarding it.

We don't care about code quality for its own sake. We care about outcomes. The loop of idea → reality is what makes this fun, and AI just made that loop 10x shorter. There's no room here for "my job is to solve interesting technical problems." That mindset is obsolete.

Who we're looking for

Strong mid-level to senior engineers, deeply AI-immersed, who care about the output more than the craft.

Shipped real production software in a modern product team (B2B SaaS, analytics, or data-heavy products a plus).
Live in AI tools daily. Cursor, Claude, Codex, agents - whatever ships fastest. You've already built something AI-leveraged that wouldn't have existed otherwise.
Depth in modern Python (FastAPI, async, SQL) or TypeScript/React/Next.js - and motivated to go up and down the stack.
Comfortable with data and SQL. ClickHouse a plus.
Think in domains, not endpoints. Suppliers, materials, contracts, indices.
Have built AI-backed product features, or are obsessively learning to.
