PatriannaQA Lead Engineer
Lead and drive quality assurance across our product development lifecycle, ensuring exceptional gaming experiences through strategic testing, team leadership, and cutting-edge QA practices.
What you will be doing • Plan, estimate and manage QA activities while organizing and prioritizing testing tasks across multiple projects • Design comprehensive test cases, suites and checklists, configuring test runs for components, integration and system testing • Lead bug reporting, test results analysis, and technical debt management while handling production incidents and monitoring • Create and maintain QA documentation, analyze metrics, and continuously optimize quality standards and team processes • Mentor QA team members, conduct candidate interviews, and research emerging QA tools and technologies including AI-driven solutions • Define automation scope, execute automated tests, and analyze results to improve testing efficiency and coverage
What we are looking for • Solid experience in Quality Assurance with proven team leadership skills managing multiple QA professionals • Strong methodical problem-solving abilities with deep knowledge of software testing theory, methodologies, and coverage measurement • Expertise in test analysis, planning, and requirements testing, plus extensive knowledge of testing methods and design techniques • Hands-on experience with test management software (Testmo, TestRail), task management systems, and technical documentation • Proficiency with testing tools like Fiddler/Charles, Postman, DevTools, plus solid understanding of client-server architecture and SQL • Excellent communication skills with experience or understanding of automation testing processes and scripting capabilities
