Added 5 days agoDatamark, Inc. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will lead the recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure that we bring in individuals who align with our company culture and mission.
The Senior Recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and develop innovative strategies to source and hire the best candidates. This role requires a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and someone passionate about talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring criteria.
Identify and leverage new sourcing channels and recruitment strategies to find qualified candidates.
Manage candidate communications and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make improvements.
Mentor junior recruitment team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or BPO environment.
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across various roles and levels.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and work proactively.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
