Weave is making Isaac, a general-purpose, personal robot that’s built for the home and will change how we live. We’re looking for high-performing people to join us and do exceptional work.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work hands-on with Weave robots deployed at customer sites. You will be responsible for keeping robots running safely and effectively throughout the day by managing both the robots themselves and the physical workflows that support them, often in fast-paced, public environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Transporting robots to appropriate locations, powering them on and off, and ensuring they are ready for operation

  • Managing the flow of laundry that enables robot operation, including loading and unloading washers and dryers and staging clean laundry for the robot to process

  • Monitoring robot performance and ensuring robots are continuously supplied with tasks (e.g., clean laundry to fold)

  • Assisting with in-person maintenance and repairs under the guidance of Weave’s remote Engineering team

  • Communicating regularly with the Fleet Operations team to report status, issues, and observations related to safety and performance

  • Annotating and labeling operational data from deployed robots using Weave’s internal tools to support model improvement and system reliability

  • Reviewing robot behavior and task outcomes during live operation and recording structured feedback for the Fleet Operations and Engineering teams

This role is primarily on-site and requires ongoing coordination with remote teammates to ensure smooth and safe operation.

Requirements

  • Ability to work closely with robots throughout a full workday and support continuous operation in a fast-paced, often public environment

  • Comfort using tools and software to power up, power down, and troubleshoot robotic systems in coordination with remote engineers

  • Basic comfort using laptops and iOS apps to control robots, record observations, and annotate operational data

  • Ability to manage physical workflows, including moving laundry and operating washers and dryers as part of the robot’s task pipeline

  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment when working around electromechanical systems in customer environments

Successful candidates will be observant, reliable, and thoughtful in their work. You will be expected to document robot behavior and performance and provide clear written updates to the Fleet Operations team to support ongoing improvements.
