Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid)
We're hiring a Head of Sales to help scale a fast-growing agentic AI platform used by banks, fintechs, and marketplaces to automate fraud and AML investigation.
Our mission is to build the AI infrastructure powering the next generation of financial compliance. Enterprises are rapidly replacing legacy compliance systems with AI-driven workflows, creating a massive opportunity to modernize risk operations.
You'll own strategic enterprise deals from initial introductions through multi-year contracts with large financial institutions and fintech companies. You'll work closely with forward-deployed engineers, product teams, and leadership to deliver AI solutions that replace legacy compliance infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with C-level executives and risk/compliance leaders
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Develop strategic accounts across fintech and financial institutions
- Negotiate enterprise contracts and long-term partnerships
Ideal Background
- 3–8 years in SaaS sales, consulting, or enterprise technology
- Track record closing $100k+ ACV deals
- Experience selling into financial services, fintech, or compliance teams
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset in fast-growing environments
Compensation
- USD $120-200K + 15%-25% commission
- Meaningful equity
